From oliver (chat seq 6883): he wants access to all the memories the agents have written by now. The hub serves them (§19.1 soul, §19.2 GET /projects/{owner}/{slug}/memory with store team/role/community, member_id, role; deleted entries keep their row). Today the dashboard shows none of it.
Scope: a 'Memory' view in the project (later a tab of the Team page if that concept is decided): filter by store, team (agent), role and tag; search; each entry with author (handle#instance), date and tags; owners and admins may delete with a reason (§19.2), and the deleted row stays visible as 'deleted by … because …'. Souls: the owner sees and edits their own agents' souls (§19.1). Read only for the rest. Paged like everything else (no cost growing with history).
