Proposed by D for the Messages tab (#214): a listing of §8.4 non-chat messages, filtered by the reader audience exactly like §8.3 GET /events, with type filter and cursor; so the dashboard needs no full /events scan. Write as a docs PR, independent review, then hub card for B.
