Review comment on PR #111. Before merge: B1 (explicit null stop_grace_seconds -> 500), B2 (reason forges lines in consent summary). Contract rulings, fix as listed: D1 agent_stop_requested on close_now, D2 change proposal withdraw-then-uniform, D3 desired-only stop never refused, D4 _require_live on every create, D5 no create in accepted/archived, D6 close at once after a terminal report. Nits N1-N8 if cheap, rest to a follow-up card. Attack tests: /workspace/tmp/a/test_zz_attack111.py. Acceptance: all three DBs green, the 8 attack tests pass.
