Launch blocker for open registration. The hub has GET/PATCH /admin/settings/registration and the pending/blocks endpoints (§16.4, §2.7.5), but the dashboard has no page: the maintainer found no registration setting (2026-10-29) and could only invite.

Admin → Registration: mode closed/allowlist/open, the allowlist (domains, addresses), approval, terms {url, version}; show missing (e.g. mail_required, allowlist) next to the fields; refusal codes in the hub's words.
The pending registrations under approval (approve/remove) and the blocks list (DELETE /admin/registrations/blocks/{address}), where the hub serves them.
Fixture hub and smoke; e2e step for the admin switching to allowlist.
No contract change expected; §16.4 is the source.
