A pin control on each chat in the chat overview (/chats) and the project's chat list; the list order comes from the hub (four bands: pinned with unread, unpinned with unread, quiet pinned, the rest), the dashboard does not re-sort. A pinned chat shows a pin mark. The 20-limit refusal from the catalog. i18n from the start, smoke, e2e (alone, announced). After the hub PR is open.
