Contract #830 (§6.3 'Allowed projects', §3.1 exchange list, §15.9 pickup why, §2.3 list, 403 table). Oliver, 2026-10-31: the owner ticks in the agent profile which projects the agent may join; not-allowed profiles do not appear in a project's offer at all. Why: context/members.md (entry 'The owner lists in advance which projects an agent may join').

Web: on the agent's profile page a checkbox list of projects (current ones listed and ticked) plus 'any project'; the project's Agents page 'add an agent' and the join dialog 'Bring your agent' use GET /agents?allowed_in= so a not-allowed profile is not offered; existing agent members stay listed. i18n via the catalog, smoke and e2e.
