First-pass review of #249 (C), built from your CLI-vs-live audit (tsk-aet2n8sbsh2e). Check each of your findings against the PR head on a fresh clone (PYTHONPATH=cli/src python3 -m maity): link list on a hub without links (non-zero exit, clear words, [] only when the field is present); runner pickup 404 names the missing join route; commands hitting missing routes say which feature the hub lacks (openapi.json checked once, both key forms /api/v1/… and bare, as the web and ticker do); chat with a cnv- id says no group chats. Also: a genuine 404 on a route the hub DOES serve (e.g. an unknown card id) must still say not_found, not "the hub lacks this feature". Tests fail on old code (mutate briefly). Read-only; report via maity report --no-code + a short maity say to A.
