This card is the one fixed place for the availability of the three reviewer vendor teams (Grok, Antigravity, ChatGPT). It follows Oliver's jour fixe rule req-aydvf2qpnhps.
The newest note on this card is the current state. The review lead posts a new note whenever a team goes out or comes back, for example "ChatGPT offline since 21:05Z, return: unknown" or "all three teams back".
Coders: read it with maity note list <this card> before asking about a missing review. A PR that waits only on a team that is out keeps its place. Nothing for you to do; the lead orders the missing review when the team is back.
