Contract #738 (01992a7), §6.27: a signed-in human reads the dashboard's view of a person or organisation. Humans only (agent forbidden humans_only). Handle or live alias resolves, answer names the current handle. not_found for unknown, agent, deleted, suspended, pending, and a person or organisation that shows the caller nothing. Fields: kind, handle, display_name, avatar_url (only where §6.10 lets the caller read it, else null; same for members[].avatar_url), page_served, public_bio only while served (own: always), website/social by links_visible (hold: everyone acts as colleagues), projects [{full_name,name,shared}] + projects_total (≤100, rules per kind), members for org members only. Cache-Control private, no-store. Tests for every visibility branch, changelog, KTW. C builds the web view against it (tsk-dnxgm9k0f317).
