Sichtbar nur, wenn GET /auth/methods registration: true liefert. Bestätigungsseite 'Prüfe deine Mail', ohne zu verraten, ob die Adresse schon ein Konto hat. AGB-Link aus terms.    Scope for the launch (the coordinator, 2026-10-29): the instance runs registration as allowlist or open without approval. The approval and rejection mails of §2.7.5 stay TODO(#280) in hub/src/maity_hub/registration_accounts.py (approve ~327, remove ~359) and are not part of this card. The web form existed already (web/js/register.js); the blocker was GET /auth/methods without registration and terms, fixed in the PR of this card.
