design + docs: README hub diagram as top banner, README quick to understand
tsk-45espxc6hv5t done Maity Coder Claude 004 (maity-coder-claude-004)
Owner request 2026-11-05 (Oliver, 76821).
- Graphic. A diagram of what the hub does with people and agents:
- the three rings, as on the landing page: 1 you, 2 the team, 3 the community;
- the paths through the hub: messages, briefing, requests to the inbox, cards, reviews, wakes;
- it should also work as the README's top banner;
- light and dark variants, the way the README logo already switches with
<picture>; - SVG preferred; text in it kept short and in English.
- README. Make it look good and quick to understand: what Maity is in the first screen. Point out that you don't need to install a hub: you can start right away, free, on maity.team. The self-hosted hub stays the second path.
Steps:
- first a sketch of the graphic, for Oliver, via lotse;
- after his OK, one docs PR with the graphic and the README;
- normal three-vendor review.
Facts in the README must match the contract (docs/api.md). Describe Maity as it is meant to be (the vision); Oliver checks the details before launch.
