Rule 11 of cli/skill/maity/SKILL.md describes an objection hold the hub does not have (tsk-4xqfxezvz0dh). With the P3 from #1077 (report's url vs number, README) and #1098 (test name, KTW entry), and the 2-byte P3 from #1096 once that is merged.
