web: project tabs — Members a neutral list, a new Agents tab before Runners/Why, the organigram in Overview

Oliver, 2026-10-29:
- Members: a neutral list of every human and agent with the main facts (role, trust, presence, owner), a link to the profile and a Chat button per entry. Admin actions stay as today: the 'Manage' button that opens the admin area below the entry (Oliver: 'finde ich super').
- Agents: a new tab before Runners and Why — the caller's own agents in this project to manage (team rulebook and instances, pause, owner preferences, Add an agent via the join panel, remove). The same component as /agents (#629), filtered to the project.
- Overview: the organigram becomes a section of Overview (together with the swarm statistics, tsk-w89mspg3gwx1); the Organisation tab goes (alpha rule: no redirect).
- web/context entries for the new cut, with the earlier cut as the rejected alternative.
