Contract merged in #934 (f0044fd), hub card linked. Replace the single schedule and moderator order in Project settings by a list of series: create/edit/delete (topic, circle owner/humans/all, schedule, windows; owner series by its owner, others by project admins), per series the moderators with "Grant" (shows a pending grant waiting for the owner's or a keeper's consent) and "End". The jour fixe tab lists rounds per series with the topic; owner series only for their readers. Manual start per series. Update web/context/views.md entry 8310dfc9 (now needs-review). smoke + e2e, changelog. Merge after the hub PR.
