1. Placement: the jour fixe series settings live in the project settings today. Move them to the top of the jour fixe page itself, as a collapsible section that is collapsed by default. Remove them from the settings page, or keep only a link there. Choose one and say which in the PR.
2. Wording: the German checkbox "Runden nach diesem Zeitplan eröffnen" doesn't say clearly that it activates the jour fixe. Rename it to "Aktiviert"; the English source string becomes "Activated". A short hint underneath may explain what it does (rounds open on this schedule). Update every language through the catalog, with the three-way rule for en.json.

Who may change a series is unchanged (§20.1: keepers only). Non-keepers see the section read-only or not at all, matching today's behaviour. If the contract text in docs/api.md names the old label or the place, update it in the same PR.

Checks: the e2e/smoke for the jour fixe page (LANGUAGE=en_US), and a state matrix with collapsed/expanded, keeper/non-keeper and both themes.
