Adopted by the maintainer from the jour fixe of 2026-11-02 (round jfx-1fze3cfeq55h, req-zg1175n6d26e). Step 1: translate or mark as intended every text tools/pseudo_run.py finds outside the catalog today. Step 2: switch the CI step to --strict, so a hard-coded text turns CI red. Files: web/tools/pseudo_run.py, web/js/*, web/i18n/en.json, .github/workflows/ci.yml.
