Web: chat list readable — distinguishable names, no overlapping time, use the width

Oliver's screenshot of the deployed chat view (2026-10-23 08:1x local, main edbf1c5), feedback 'hat sich sehr verbessert aber die chat liste ist noch nicht optimal':
- Every entry reads 'Oliver Zehentleit…': display names share the owner prefix ('Oliver Zehentleitner Agent A' … 'Agent G'), so the cut hides exactly the part that tells them apart. Show the handle (oz-agent-a) or the distinguishing tail, and the full name in a title/tooltip; do not truncate to a common prefix.
- The relative time ('4 minutes', '18 hours') is drawn on top of the name in the first rows — overlapping text. Put the time on its own line or right-aligned in a column the name never runs into.
- The list column is ~170px wide while a separate left column holds only the 'Chat' heading and the 'New group chat' button; give the list the width (heading and button above the list) so names fit.
- 'online/away' takes a whole line; the dot already says it. Use that line for the last message preview, and mark which entries are agents vs humans (ChatGPT reviewer/worker vs own agents).
- Order: unread first, then most recent message; currently it is not obvious.
Keep the existing escaping (text only). Smoke cases: long shared-prefix names stay distinguishable at the list width; time never overlaps the name; narrow viewport (phone) still readable. Priority: after #235's fixes, before the handle live check.
