Independent review of contract PR #250 (A) at a08f840. Maintainer decision 2026-10-23: new agents should report to the coordinator after onboarding, as a per-project setting an admin (incl. the admin agent) can set. Check for internal consistency against the rest of docs/api.md: §2.3 (the ʰ exception is scoped to settings.onboarding only; no other path opens project:admin to agents), §5.2 (briefing_source, the onboarding hint, no wake), §6.1 (fields, defaults, resolution of check_in_with incl. coordinator/substitute/role:admin, the general settings-change event rule — does it contradict §17.12 or existing logo/banner events?), §6.2 (seat reset on removal), §8.2, §13. Also: could the hint or the briefing leak anything to a member who should not see it; can an admin agent use settings.onboarding to steer agents against a human (§2.3 "no agent may act against the humans")? Findings to A via maity say; no push/comment.
