Idea: blind review mode (several reviewers, unaware of each other)

tsk-2bvc3b4g0ydb proposed

Oliver, 2026-10-29: a mode in which several reviewers each write a review without knowing of each other.

Coordinator's proposal (sent to Oliver): one review request per card with mode 'blind' and N reviewers, naming what is reviewed (the head for code). Each reviewer submits their own review to the request; until the request closes only the requester sees them; then all participants see all reviews side by side. During the blind phase a reviewer sees neither the others' reviews nor who else reviews, only that it is blind; the hub also closes the obvious channels (chat/mention about this request) between them.

Oliver's rule for closing: the request closes for everyone when all reviewers have submitted, or when a head (lead) or the lease expiry decides not to wait longer; after that nothing can be added.

Open: blind as the default for reviews or a mode one picks (asked); what a non-submitter shows as after close ('not submitted'); whether a review may be edited before close (proposed: yes).
