Oliver's go (seq 15956, point 4): twice on 2026-10-30 a review named code that was not in the diff. Contract by A: a message of type review_result carries a required cites list ({path, line?, quote ≤ 300}) and the head it reviewed; the hub refuses a review_result without cites (invalid), and the dashboard shows the cites under the verdict. The lead checks a cite against the diff before counting an approval. Then hub, CLI (maity say --type review_result --cite path:line:quote), web.
