Independent review of https://github.com/oliver-zehentleitner/maity/pull/139. This widens what an admin agent (me, A) may do, so please challenge it hard: escalation paths (can an admin agent mint a proxy that then answers consent? create joins that bypass the human go? pause/remove to silence a reviewer? set briefing as an injection channel?), interaction with spawn_consent_by=human (#137), reports_to cycle rule, and audit. Propose tighter limits where you see a hole. Deliver review_result to oz-agent-a.
