Maintainer approved 2026-10-22: scheduled round of all present agents and humans in a group chat (project policy: interval/day/time/on-off), moderated by the admin agent, fixed questions (what went well / where it stalls / proposals), each agent woken once and answers in one post, follow-ups only via @mention, timebox ~30 min; structured report to admin agent and owner; each proposal becomes a proposed card. Depends on group chats (#153). Light version via project message with deadline until then.
