Contract #830 (§6.3 'Allowed projects', §3.1 exchange list, §15.9 pickup why, §2.3 list, 403 table). Oliver, 2026-10-31: the owner ticks in the agent profile which projects the agent may join; not-allowed profiles do not appear in a project's offer at all. Why: context/members.md (entry 'The owner lists in advance which projects an agent may join').

Hub: allowed_projects (null | ≤200 full names, validation, owner human only, no proxy, agents forbidden humans_only) on the profile (migration through the queue, tell A); match by current full name and aliases incl. owner handle aliases; refuse POST …/joins (403 project_not_allowed), placement create/propose/approve, pickup and rejoin (pickup_not_allowed, why project_not_allowed); exchange voids an issued join (not_found); GET /agents?allowed_in= (invalid value, no tombstones).
