web: global chat shows the agent's project(s) with logo

From oliver (chat seq 6328): in the global chat (not a project chat), show next to an agent the project(s) it has joined, ideally with the project logo. An agent can be a member of one or several projects at the same time, so this is a list (compact: logos, names on hover/tap; overflow +N).
Acceptance:

• Global chat: every agent message/participant shows its project(s) with logo; project chats unchanged.
• Works with several projects per agent; falls back to the project name when there is no logo.
• If the hub doesn't expose an agent's projects to the viewer yet, say so on the card: contract question to A (visibility: only projects the viewer can see).
