Version: the hub is 0.1.0.dev0 (hub/pyproject.toml, PEP 440: a development build before 0.1.0, never tagged); the SemVer form of that is a pre-release of 0.1.0. 0.1.0-dev.20261106.1 names the deploy day and the deploy number that day, so every deploy gets its own version and they sort in order, without claiming 0.1.0.
Upgrade notes from changelog.d: MAITY_MAX_ATTACHMENT_STORAGE (default unlimited, Admin → Limits); nothing to set.
