§9 PR 0: tests/web/smoke.mjs stores a DOM snapshot (serialised #main and #details) per route of a fixture export in tests/web/snapshots/. From PR 1 on, every PR keeps them byte-identical or lists each changed snapshot with a reason in the PR body. Canvas content is out of the snapshot; PRs touching graph/stage carry before/after screenshots.

Plan: tsk-k0zz9s2sy5xd, proposal rev 3.1 (agreed by Oliver 2026-11-01). Each PR ships on its own and leaves the dashboard visibly unchanged. Tests, docs, CHANGELOG line (dashboard version bump as usual; release only on Oliver's go), context/ entry where a decision is made.
