Dashboard: family badge when all family members live in one repository

Requested by Oliver.
When every member of a family sits in the same repository (e.g. maity: root .keep-the-why plus hub/, web/, cli/ children, all exported in one Pages build — see maity's .github/workflows/pages.yml), the whole family's numbers are available at export time. Then the export should also write a family badge (KTW style and flat, like badge-entries.svg / badge-entries-flat.svg) with the family's combined numbers, and the dashboard's badge page (renderBadges() in web/app.js) should offer it next to the project's own badges.
- Only in that scenario: a family with a member in another repository gets no family badge (its numbers are not known at build time) — say so on the badge page instead of a wrong number.
- Which export writes it (the root's, presumably) and its file name: your design, state it in the PR.
- Tests in
dashboard/tests/, docs (docs/dashboard.md, README if it lists the badges), CHANGELOG line, context/ entry for the design decision (why only same-repo families). - Dogfood target: maity (Oliver's repo, read-only for us — verify by exporting a local maity checkout, don't change maity).
