Second half of PR 7 (split agreed by ktw-head; 7a = #739, forces into core + canvas traces). §1/§9 PR 7: ktw-scene.js holds day, focus, hover, layout and scope (replaces S, CLOCK, STEP_FOCUS, ACTIVE_GRAPHS, the stage's position copy and setScope's globals), with subscriptions scene.on('day'|'focus'|'layout'); the stage uses settleLayout when no graph is mounted. Views stay in app.js. Also the pending --accent == --ktw-palette-0 test if style.css is touched. Same rules: 24 DOM snapshots plus 2 canvas traces unchanged, safety check green, tests, CHANGELOG plus version, context entry for decisions; three reviewers, at least two approvals.
